DELIVERY INFORMATION
UK CUSTOMERS
Postage and packaging is free within the UK.
All shipments under £20 are sent First Class with Royal Mail and will be posted out to you within 2 - 4 days of ordering.
If you would like your order to be with you more quickly then it can be sent via Special Delivery. Special Delivery costs £7.50, please let me know at the time of placing your order and this can be arranged.
Orders sent by Special Delivery or orders worth over £20 are sent with the Royal Mail First Class Signed For service and will require a signature upon delivery. Please note that if you are not in to sign for your order then it will be returned to your local sorting office and you will need to collect it within 7 days of the attempted delivery. If it is not collected within this time then it will be returned to me. I cannot resend the item until I receive it back and additional postage costs will apply.
Local collection / delivery is available by arrangement.
DELAYS & MISSING ORDERS
I post each order as quickly as possible. However, once your parcel leaves me I am not responsible for any delays. If your parcel fails to reach you then please contact me as soon as possible so that we can find out what has happened and plan what to do next.
RETURNS
I hope that you are delighted with your order but I understand that buying online can be difficult. All pieces of jewellery are described as accurately as possible and photos are always provided but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase then please contact me as soon as possible.
All my jewellery is packaged carefully but in the event that your jewellery is delivered damaged then please get in touch.
If you return your item within 14 days of purchase in its original packaging then you are entitled to a full refund.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Contact me with your name and address and details of the item that you wish to return and let me know why you are returning the piece.
Postage is non-refundable, apart from for faulty goods.
I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged that you have packed yourself. It may be worth getting proof of postage so that you can make a claim if the item fails to reach me. I cannot be held responsible for postage losses.
Once I have received the returned item then I will process the refund.
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable.
Custom made pieces are normally non-refundable, except for faulty or damaged goods.
